TobeafirstpointofcontactwithrespecttoallissuesrelatingtotheCouncilsmortgageportfolio,includingRTBmortgages,housingassociatedmortgages,standardloansandcourtordercharges. Tomaintainthemortgageportfolioandtheprocessingofnewloans,furtheradvances,interestratechanges,reductions,repaymentsandredemptionsinconjunctionwiththeMortgageOfficer. TocontributetothecompilationofannualstatementsofaccountfortheHRAasrelatingtoservicecharges TocollatethemanagementandoverheadscostsfortheBillingAccountantfortheannualrevenueservicechargebilling ToengagewiththeCouncilsmoderniseagenda,helpingtodrivethroughdigitalandsystemstransformations.
