About the role
As a Physiotherapist working in the HOME and REACH teams, you will specialize in delivering physical therapy to patients in their own home and in the community. You will draw on your generalist knowledge base to provide all types of physiotherapy and work collaboratively and creatively with patients to achieve their functional goals.
