Job Summary
- Perform precision honing, lapping, grinding, and assembly of machined components
- Operate honing machines, grinders, and lathes to manufacture and repair precision parts
- Ensure products meet quality standards and engineering specifications
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect materials and workpieces before and after processing to verify quality and specifications
- Hone, lap, and flat grind precision components
- Grind and maintain laps used in production
- Chamfer edges and apply radiuses to machined parts
- Operate honing machines, grinders, and lathes safely and efficiently
