Hospice House LPN

Reading, MA

13 week contracts

Shift: 12 Hour Days (36 hours/week)

Start: ASAP

Requires minimum 1 year LPN hospice experience working with a Medicare certified agency or facility. Experienced and comfortable with providing care to terminally ill patients at end of life, death and dying. Excellent communication with patients, families, and members of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
