Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide high quality end of life care to patients and families across multiple parishes in the Baton Rouge area. This role focuses on admissions, recertifications, interdisciplinary group documentation, and routine hospice visits while ensuring compliance with hospice philosophy, physician orders, and regulatory standards.
Schedule & Work Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours
- Productivity Expectation: 40 points per week
- Coverage Area: East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Iberville, Assumption, and Ascension Parishes
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: Every fifth weekend
