About the Role
A Hospital Aide position plays a key role in the effectivefunctioning of the ward. We have a high turnover of patients and work within a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Hospital Aide to assist Midwifery and Nursing staff with patient care whilst maintaining a safe and clean workenvironment.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting nursing staffwith patient cares
- Keeping the ward tidyand organised
- Answering bell calls
- Assisting with personalcare
- Ordering and restockingof supplies
- Liaising with centralsupply
The service operates Monday to Sunday across 3 shifts:
Morning - 6:30am to 3:00pm, Afternoon - 2:30pm – 11:00pm andNights - 10:30pm – 7:00am.
Please note the successful candidate must be able to workall shifts across Monday to Sunday.
