Hospital Charge Capture Coordinator (BLANK AST 3)

Under general supervision, provide administrative and operational support to clinicians and Client Services within the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Ensure that all billable medical services are accurately documented and entered into the billing system to support optimal revenue capture. Responsibilities include thorough review of patient medical records, identification and resolution of documentation gaps, reconciliation of charges, and accurate data entry. This role requires strict adherence to VMTH financial policies and procedures to ensure proper reimbursement for authorized care. Additionally, serve as a liaison between Client Services and clients to address billing inquiries and facilitate clear communication regarding charges.RECRUITMENT PERIOD ONE MONTH: Applicants will be screened after two weeks; and then on a weekly basis.
