Job Description

Reports to the Manager of the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Testing demonstrates competency in all duties typically performed by a non-invasive cardiovascular technologist. Under general supervision independently performs complex cardiovascular procedures. including treadmill stress testing, nuclear stress imaging, pharmacological and exercise echocardiogram. Performs 24 hour ambulatory ECG and blood pressure monitoring and ECGs. Assists in the data management of the ECG, Stress and Holter system. Acts as the lead to the other treadmill & EKG technicians, responsible for training of new staff, does the monthly schedule, manages the equipment list for the department, evaluates new equipment, processes & tests.
