Hospital Manager - Bexhill

Role: Hospital Manager Location: Private Hospital in Bexhill Salary: Up to 45,000 The perfect candidate will have the following: -Clinical qualification at degree level or NVQ L5 (or willing to obtain) -Significant management experience within the Hospital or Healthcare setting -Able to demonstrate experience of patient and public engagement The hospital manger will have the responsibilities of: Governance -You will be responsible for the delivery of safe clinical governance and feed in to the group clinical governance framework, ensuring you and your team submit your data for the quarterly clinical governance meetings. -Complete mandatory prospective and retrospective audits to ensure that all standards are met and where variances are detected, ensure that remedial action plans are put in place to deliver swift corrective remedies. Where necessary you will assist conducting audits at other sites and accept audits from these sites.
