Job Description

The Hospitality Coordinator supports many aspects of the meeting and event offerings at this dedicated location in accordance with Convene’s vision, mission, and values, including our core principles.

  • Lead the coordination of program setup and execution with cross-functional teams, including Service, Production, Technology, and Culinary departments

  • Liaise with the Culinary and Service teams to assist with the setup and execution of Food & Beverage, ensuring that it follows the client's Program Execution Order

  • Assist in supervising the front-of-house service team and act as support for the staff with tasks including but not limited to setup, event execution, breakdown, utilities, maintenance, and security

  • Greet and welcome all guests upon entry into a Convene property; approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
