We’re looking for an experienced and creative Hospitality Head Chef to lead a high‑end hospitality kitchen within a prestigious corporate environment in Blackfriars. This is a client‑facing role where food quality, presentation, and service excellence are central to the experience. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to deliver a refined hospitality offering across private dining, events, and daily catering operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a high‑performing kitchen team
• Delivering exceptional hospitality catering and private dining experiences
• Creating seasonal, innovative menus with a focus on quality and presentation
• Overseeing working lunches, client hospitality, and evening events
• Maintaining consistently high food standards and smooth kitchen operations
• Managing food safety, compliance, and kitchen best practices
