Hospitality Operations & Guest Relations (Seasonal)

Gcsolar in Cape Town is seeking a Guest Relations Officer for a seasonal/part-time position. You will ensure a seamless guest experience, coordinating housekeeping, serving breakfast, managing reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries. Candidates must have at least 6 months of practical hospitality experience and be flexible with shifts. Knowledge of Nightbridge and Zoho Books is an advantage. Ideally, candidates should reside in or near Plattekloof, and a reliable transport is required.
