• Previous guest service experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment
• A warm, gracious personality with a polished and professional appearance
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling guest enquiries and reservations
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and seating flow
