Burnt Ends writes new menus daily and believes that there is magic that comes from cooking with wood. Job Responsibilities:
Set up cutlery, crockery and glassware on table Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name Welcome guests to the venue and during departure Monitor the guest waiting list from time to time to manage customers' waiting time Guide customers to assigned dining or bar areas Allocate seats to customers by processing collated reservations Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience Follow customer service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Comply
