Café Host
The Café Host takes reservations and escorts clients to their tables.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
· Greet clients graciously on phone or in person
· Escort clients to waiting area if table not immediately available
· Seat clients at appropriate tables and supply them with menus
· Advise on daily specials if appropriate
· Receive coats and or purchases for coat check
· Introduce clients to their server
