Requirements

• Advanced or intermediate level in English required.
• Experience as a Hotel or Hostel administrator.
• Experience in personnel management, either office or construction.
• Experience in Airbnb and administration.

Duties

• Care for guests, advise them and cautiously inform them of the hotel rules during their stay.
• Generate work plans for the office staff.
• Create strategies to increase the booking impact on the different platforms.
• Maintain and take care of the Chief and owner's capital in charge of the properties.
