Description
The experienced Associate for the Hotel Asset Management Team will be based in Starwood’s office in NYC. The Associate will be responsible for supporting strategic asset management initiatives, focusing on Starwood’s hotel portfolio across platform company investments, full service and select service hotels.
Responsibilities: 
Assist in evaluating and implementing company and asset-level strategies regarding revenue and expense management, capital deployment, real estate transactions, corporate initiatives, and loan refinancings
Manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting processes, including building and maintaining valuation models, forecasting investment cash flow, and preparing ancillary analyses and reports for accounting, capital markets, and fund management
Effectuate quarterly underwriting of existing investment thesis and performance/strategy updates for senior Starwood executives...
