Your Mission

• Managing high volumes of inbound calls focused on hotel reservations, including new bookings, amendments, and cancellations
• Converting enquiries into confirmed reservations by confidently guiding customers through the booking process
• Using a sales-driven approach to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings on the first call
