Hotel Director of Finance

The Job:

 
The successful Director of Finance will have complete responsibility of the Finance team, for the daily business within the hotel, payroll, reconciliation, purchasing and all Food & Beverage / Liquor controls. Producing MI, managing cash flow, payroll aspects, etc. Reporting to the property-based GM you will play a key role in ensuring the business keeps on target while also getting involved in setting the budgets moving forward. The Person: 
The ideal candidate must be from an existing Hotel/Resort environment and be someone who is familiar with the current hospitality industry specifics, you could be an existing Finance Manager looking for that step up or indeed you might be a highly proficient Director of Finance already just looking to take that next step up into a larger and more complex remit.
