Key Responsibilities
Front Office Leadership & Guest Service
- Lead the front desk team during assigned shifts, ensuring service excellence at all times.
- Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression.
- Oversee smooth and efficient check‑ins, check‑outs, and billing procedures.
- Resolve guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with the hotel’s luxury positioning.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front office operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
- Accurately manage reservations, billing, and guest profiles on Opera PMS.
- Prepare and conduct detailed shift handovers.
- Support staff scheduling, break management, and shift coordination.
