Key Responsibilities

Front Office Leadership & Guest Service

  • Lead the front desk team during assigned shifts, ensuring service excellence at all times.
  • Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression.
  • Oversee smooth and efficient check‑ins, check‑outs, and billing procedures.
  • Resolve guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with the hotel’s luxury positioning.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front office operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
  • Accurately manage reservations, billing, and guest profiles on Opera PMS.
  • Prepare and conduct detailed shift handovers.
  • Support staff scheduling, break management, and shift coordination.
