Purpose of the Role
To support the housekeeping team in delivering a five-star standard of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas exceed expectations and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Quality
Prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to Forbes 5 standard
Deliver turndown service to a +1 standard
Support guest laundry services to a high-quality standard
Respond to guest requests promptly, with a genuine sense of interest
Report maintenance issues or quality concerns
Team Support
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive environment
