The Langham, London is currently seeking to recruit a Housekeeping Manager to come and join our fabulous housekeeping team. You will report to our Director of Housekeeping and the Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will work in a team of three Housekeeping Managers in total, each taking care of a shift and following activities:
Ensuring your guests are happy during their stay - always providing warm and fuzzy service and anticipate their needs
Ensuring that your staff are happy - train, coach, supervise, correct, give praise, be there for them and show love
Administrative duties - give assistance with rosters, timesheets preparation, cleaning schedules etc.
Do you have:
Previous experience of working in a supervisory/managerial role within a housekeeping department?
