As a Housekeeping Attendant you showcase the property from the moment guests arrive, ensuring a safe and clean environment. You are responsible for the appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and office spaces, and for reporting any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the best quality guest room cleaning services and ensure every guest can relax and enjoy their stay.
- Clean corridors and floor public areas around the guest rooms assigned.
- Follow the Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area.
- Report any safety hazards and violations.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues.
- Report any lost items from the guest rooms.
- Ensure linen is in good condition and placed as per brand standards.
