In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the pristine presentation of our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. The role is based in the Rochor Central Region.
What you'll be doingSupervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards and maximum guest satisfaction
Supervise and support Housekeeping Attendants in their daily tasks and performance
Coordinate closely with Front Office regarding room status updates and guest requirements
Attend to guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
