Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Housing Advisor for a housing association based in South Manchester. The role is interim initially 6 - 8 weeks, paying £19 - £21 per hour umbrella, and offers hybrid working opportunities after training.

The role:
Assess Social Housing applications and assist with the allocation of homes to successful applicants
Provide and deliver an efficient and effective administrative service and front line customer service across housing services
Provide a front line housing management service, ensuring support to officers within the housing service teams
The person:
Experience of working within social housing
Able to deal with difficult customer queries/complaints and diffuse situations
Excellent communication skills
