Operational Delivery Deliver and manage capital programme contracts (., decent homes, net zero, environmental works). Oversee multiple complex housing projects (up to £3m annually). Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and time targets. Maintain health and safety standards and minimize resident disruption. Contract & Project Management Manage external contractors to ensure performance and compliance. Ensure contract obligations are met and performance is reported. Maintain accurate records and implement quality control systems. Financial & Procurement Responsibilities Manage budgets for allocated contracts (£10k–£3m). Lead procurement activities in line with corporate policy.
