HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR)

Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER INSPECTOR of NAVAL AIR STATION LEMOORE. Responsibilities You will validate change of occupancy maintenance records against the management plan. You will maintain directives and procedures while documenting necessary actions and processes. You will ensure community relations are maintained in PPV housing neighborhoods. You will assist investigate and draft first-level responses to inquiries and elevates to the HIPM (or designee). You will conduct onsite walk-through inspections of units identified as being ready for occupancy. You will validate compliance with performance specifications in the PPV Management Plan.
