What You’ll Do

• Lead the student housing team, ensuring high-quality accommodation in host families and residences.
• Oversee the housing experience, ensuring student satisfaction and welfare.
• Manage relationships with host families, resident advisors, and external housing providers.
• Develop strategies for host family recruitment and engagement.
• Enforce housing policies and handle complex student welfare issues.
• Supervise administrative tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
