Responsibilities
Oversee and manage general services such as cafeteria, cleaning, and workplace amenities
Coordinate facilities operations, including elevators, HVAC systems, water dispensers, solar panels, wastewater treatment plant, and maintenance areas
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and infrastructure
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, legal requirements, and certifications (ISO *****, ISO *****, LEED, among others)
Support audits and inspections, ensuring timely follow‐up of action plans and corrective measures
Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper implementation of operational controls and procedures
Manage supplier relationships, permits, and contractor activities to ensure safety and service quality
Control budget, purchasing processes, and cost optimization initiatives related to facilities operations
