Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support HR and Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles along with working knowledge of HR functions, documentation, and employee record management.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain petty cash records and assist in accounts-related tasks
Prepare reports, letters, and departmental documentation
Coordinate with various departments for administrative matters
Perform data entry and record-keeping activities
Requirements:
Minimum Graduation (B.Com, BBA, BBA (Hons), B.Com (Hons), or equivalent)
Educational background in Accounts, Finance, or Commerce preferred
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor documentation
