Job Description
THE HR Admin Assistant / Executive supports the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training adminstration and HR Operations. The role requires a good understanding of MOM Regulations and healthcare liecensing requirement.
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and onboarding: coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview arrangements and reference check Handle recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles in accordance with relevant authority requirement Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires Ensure proper document and submission of SNB registration / work passes Maintain and update employee records Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals and employee exits Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc. Other HR f...
