A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional with at least 3 years in full-spectrum HR duties, particularly in the construction sector. Responsibilities include managing work permits, payroll, and annual tax submissions. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative skills, be able to work independently, and be dynamic within timelines. Knowledge of Times Payroll software is advantageous.
