• Manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Recruitment will primarily focus on positions such as TikTok Hosts, Operators, KOL Operations Specialists, and Content Operations Specialists.


• Collaborate with department heads to clarify hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.

Personnel Management

• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, regularization, and transfer procedures.


• Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and expense reimbursements.


• Accurately compute and process employee payroll in a timely manner.
