Job Description
In this role you'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Administration & Employee Services team.
- Oversee full employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding).
- Ensure PA/OM data accuracy within HR systems (SAP HCM, OneHRIS, MyHR).
- Deliver recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, GDPR, and audit requirements.
- Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital improvements.
What's needed:
- 7+ years HR experience, incl. 3+ in a leadership or coordination role.
