Reporting to: HR Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support HR Manager
- Employee administration on Sage300 and ERS Time and Attendance
- Onboarding and Employee Contracts
- Terminations and IR administration
- Coordination of documents and processes
Requirements:
- Grade 12 and a HR Qualification
- 4 years experience as an HR Administrator
- Experience with SAGE300
- Confidentiality and ethical working habits according to POPIA and HR standards
