HR Advisor
Location: Rawtenstall (on-site with Fridays Work from Home)
Hours: 25 - 37.5 hrs per week. Full or Part Time Option.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 p/a (depending on experience)

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join a small team, delivering commercially focused and legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice to a wide range of clients. In this role, you’ll provide guidance and support to a wide range of SME businesses and company owners, offering practical, solution‑driven advice, helping clients navigate HR challenges while balancing compliance with their commercial objectives. You will ensure alignment with relevant policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
