Responsibilities
- Leads and advises on HR programs, policies, practices, and compliance for assigned client groups.
- Builds strong partnerships with leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
- Participates in district HR planning and leads district-level projects and initiatives from development through execution and evaluation.
