We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor providing key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER).
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient HR advice, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures
Act as the first point of contact for managers across the full employee lifecycle
Manage a caseload of Employee Relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance and investigations
Support and guide managers through formal processes, including preparing documentation and attending hearings
Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate
