Job Description
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Assist in employee engagement, wellness, and performance management initiatives.
- Support payroll administration and maintain employee records.
- Help ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Provide support in employee relations matters and day-to-day HR inquiries.

Qualifications
