Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a HR Analyst III for their Toronto, ON/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and regular updates to HR/hiring manager/other Global Mobility stakeholders on overall status of file Serve as the primary internal contact for relocating colleagues, conducting pre-offer walk-throughs, counselling colleague on approved relocation support and ongoing communication throughout the relocation lifecycle Obtain Privacy Use of Information form for all relocations Create, update, and maintain Colleague’s relocation file in database/system of record Engage with Travel & Expense team as necessary Ensure Relocation/Moving allowance is paid timely Prepare CRA letters Manage exception requests Provide backup support to other case managers as needed Coordinate service delivery with external partners such as relocation management compani...
