Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and employee-related functions. The HR Assistant will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and general HR support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

+ Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

+ Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.

+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

+ Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related questions.

Requirements
1+ years of administrative or HR experience preferred.

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
