About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations, including administration, employee relations, and recruitment coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office to ensure the smooth running of HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
- Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, facilitating internal communications, and organizing employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office applications
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for HR team members
