What We're Looking For- Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year of HR service center experience in Mexico and USA's inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to, correspondence and other written materials.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
