Job Description
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
