About the role
This is a three month contract opportunity supporting the business while a permanent hire is made. Sitting at the HR Advisor level, you will play a key role in managing day to day employee relations matters and partnering closely with leaders.
Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting ER matters including attendance, misconduct and investigations
  • Advising managers on policy, process and best practice
  • Assisting with EBA and award interpretation
  • Managing employee queries and providing practical HR support
  • Supporting general HR administration as required
