Are you a strategic HR professional with strong BPO experience? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive people strategies that support operational excellence and business growth in a high-volume contact center environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Operations and Site Leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
- Lead employee relations, investigations, and labor compliance (Philippine Labor Code / DOLE)
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics reporting
- Implement engagement and retention programs to reduce attrition
- Collaborate with Payroll, TA, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle management
