HR Business Partner

Disney Entertainment (DE) is one of The Walt Disney Company’s three core business segments, alongside Sports and Experiences. The segment includes the Company’s global, non-sports film, television, and direct-to-consumer content production and distribution businesses across Linear Networks, Direct-to-Consumer streaming services, and Content Sales/Licensing.

The Human Resources Business Partner will partner with HR and business leaders to support the goals of the DE Finance organization. This role requires strong business acumen, HR and organizational development expertise, and consulting skills. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying business needs, shaping talent strategies, and delivering sustainable people solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.
