HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for Some dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and leadership teams to drive workforce effectiveness, operational excellence, and people strategy alignment across the organization.The incumbent will play a key role in workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, capability development, and business partnering while ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of workforce dynamics within the IT services industry.
