Job Description
Responsibilities
- Independently applies experienced HR, general change management, and organizational design knowledge to deliver solutions for complex business problems
- Partners, engages and coordinates the execution of HR programs including, but not limited to Merit, Talent Review, Performance Management, Employee Relations and other HR project activities
- Collaborates with HR Team members to develop new or improve existing HR programs
- Mentors junior HR team members, but is an individual contributor
