HR Business Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
• Manage and strengthen HR policies, procedures, and compliance with DOLE and labor laws
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of solid HR experience, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in BPO, recruitment, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
